Should Chris Smith retire after twenty years?

Most of my friends tell me that those of us in District 4 had it better in years past. Now I’m not pointing fingers but Chris Smith has been our Representative for over 20 years. He just doesn’t act like a Representative of his local people. He might be the nicest guy in the world but that doesn’t make him a guy that needs to be your Representative anymore. I’d have fired him a long time ago just for the waste of time he’s put into not passing 90% of his bills and voting 50 times for a law he has to know is good for Americans. With a 9% approval rating, voting for me should be pretty easy.  I’d like to suggest voting for me this time around. If you feel I haven’t done my job after two years of full time work for you, vote me out. It can’t worse and it certainly can be a load better. If you live in these towns, you can vote for Scott Neuman in Nov 2014. PS: The Neuman family has lived in our District for 20 years. Chris and his family live in Virginia.
