Freeholder Jack Kelly needs to step down, never be a Parole Board Officer.

Good afternoon, my name is Scott Neuman.  I am a resident of Manchester Township in Ocean County, I am a Democrat, and for full disclosure, I am a Democratic candidate for the office of Ocean County Freeholder against Jack Kelly. I appear here today to speak against the Governor’s nomination of Jack Kelly of Ocean County to the New Jersey State Parole Board.

At present and for many years now, Ocean County Government is and has been controlled by the Republican Party generally, and by Ocean County and New Jersey State Republican Party Chairman, “BOSS” George Gilmore, specifically.  The sad truth and actual reality is that this has been allowed to continue because a few Democratic Party Bosses have negotiated a “Detante” of sorts with Mr. Gilmore, where in exchange for a few Republican political patronage jobs for a chosen few Democrats, has purchased in return no real effort from the Democrats to run serious Democratic challenges anywhere in Ocean County.  One need only look at the number of registered Democrats and the number of registered Republicans, and then at the number of unaffiliated registered voters, to be called to naturally scratch their head in confusion and wonder as to how only one Municipality – Brick – in all of Ocean County is under Democratic control, with over 90% of the other Municipalities having 100% of their elected officials Republican.  This is no mistake and it is no accident.  The Democrats have been sold out in Ocean County by the Democratic Party Bosses.  Myself and my Freeholder running mate Tracy Caprioni – the “Ocean County Anti-Corruption Democrats” – intend to change that this fall.

In any event, I am here today to address the issue of Republican Ocean County Freeholder Jack Kelly and the Parole Board.  I am not niave’.  I understand that a patronage job such as Member of the New Jersey Parole Board is not awarded after people submit a job application and a resume through  You are only considered based primarily upon political considerations.  But even with this reality,  traditionally these jobs are not handed out by the Governor to unqualified persons.

It was only maybe 10 years ago that the Chairman of the Parole Board – I believe he was appointed by former Democratic Governor McGreevy – was John D’Amico, Jr. from Monmouth County.  Like Mr. Kelly, Mr. D’Amico was a former elected Municipal Official.  But unlike Mr. Kelly who is a High School Graduate, Mr. D’Amico was also a Harvard Undergrad, Harvard Law School Grad, former State Senator, and former Superior Court Judge.  And Governor McGreevy, a former Executive Director of the Parole Board himself early in his career, was only appointed to such a position at a time in his life when he was already in possession of a Law Degree and experience as a former Middlesex County Prosecutor, both academic and practical criminal justice experience.  My point is that while these important positions are filled by POLITICAL appointees, they have – prior to this Governor – always been filled by QUALIFIED political appointees.

Mr. Kelly on the other hand has none of these things and quite clearly is only seeking to add to his tax payer funded pension.  Mr. Kelly holds no Junior College, College, or advanced degrees, he not a former police officer, and most importantly he holds no actual practical criminal justice experience whatsoever.  I am not saying someone without a Junior College or College Degree is or should be immediately disqualified from consideration for an appointed position to the Parole Board.  Indeed, many times actual life experience in the Criminal justice Field would make a candidate more desirable that someone who happens to hold a Junior College or College degree.  Many law local and county enforcement officials have gone through and graduated the Police Academy but have no actual Junior College or College Degree, but such persons would certainly be “qualified”.  But Mr. Kelly never went to the Police Academy either.  And  being an Ocean County Freeholder who is voting on an annual  budget that partially fund criminal justice matters is not real criminal justice experience by any means.

Moreover, we have recently learned from emails that were published in the media last week that Ocean County Sheriff Mastronardy – one of BOSS Gilmore’s Republican own Elected Official’s – has questioned in WRITING Mr. Kelly’s Mental Health, bringing into question whether Kelly suffers from Manic Depression.  If this is true it is unfortunate, and there is help and medicine that may help such a condition.  But if a candidate for a job as a pilot of a 747 was found to have epilepsy – a treatable condition – he or she nevertheless would not be given the job as a pilot of a 747 where hw would put the lives of hundreds of passengers in jeopardy.  It is just too dangerous.

So too here with Mr. Kelly.  He can seek help for himself if the Sheriff’s allegations are indeed true – I do not know whether they are true or not, I am not Mr. Kelly’s Physician, and Mr. Kelly has not responded to the allegations – but the New Jersey Senate Judiciary Committee must inquire further on the issue and should not put someone who had not been fully vetted in such an important position.   The “vetting” process for such an important position should be more than review of the orders of a few Political Party Bosses.  Ask Mr. Kelly about the status of his mental health.  The New Jersey citizens deserve better.  And the New Jersey Parole Board deserves better than Mr. Kelly with all that is known about him.

Scott Neuman for Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders 2016

Vote for LaVergne, Neuman and Caprioni in the Primary

LaVergne and Neuman – Perfect together

After discussing with my team and advisors, I have decided to run for the Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders with Brick Resident and beloved Asbury Park School Teacher Tracy Caprioni. I ended my Congressional Run in the interest of a unified party, fully believing that I would win the Ocean County Democratic Party’s vote for the 4th CD but also knowing you can’t beat math and the math says that my opponent would win in Monmouth on a up and down vote between the two counties. There was no reason for Democrats to fight Democrats. After also discussing it with Wyatt Earp, Chairman of the Ocean County Democratic Party, he agreed with me that running for the Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders with Tracy would be for the best and would position both of us to take on the corrupt GOP machine in Ocean. He also accepted my paperwork from when I ran as a Congressman and that the vetting committee would accept the change also since I was seen in January.

Imagine my surprise that this was not a two way street. At the OC Convention last Saturday, the Burlington County Democratic Line Candidate that I agreed to run with for the line, Frederick LaVergne was slandered at the Convention, Super Delegates were added  and was displaced by James Keady who lives in the 4th CD with only 24 hours notice. Over 100 votes were cast for Keady but only 43 people were there to vote. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?.  A complete break down in the democratic process. Think Bush vs Gore.  Keady, a staunch Independent that has called the Democratic Party the party that has driven NJ off a cliff and the party that is completely dysfunctional (I don’t think we’ve driven NJ off a cliff or we’re dysfunctional) and was going to run for Governor as an Independent as little as 8 days ago and has stated many times that he is not a registered Democratic but a Independent on national TV now is running as the Ocean County Democratic Party candidate. No notice was given, rules were broken and policies were tossed aside. Let me state that Frederick LaVergne is a true Democratic. By way of example:   Fred LaVergne is a true 3rd CD candidate, WHO LIVES IN THE DISTRICT, (Keady isn’t even close) and a 35 year Democratic whos family donated thousands of dollars and worked thousands of hours on President Clinton, Governor Florio, Governor McGreevey, Congressman Howard, Senator Lautenberg, Congressman Pallone and Senator Bill Bradleys campaign and campaigns of other fine Democrats. Our opponent states time and time again he is an Independent until it becomes politically expedient to be a Democrat a 24 hours before the Ocean County Democratic Convention. Is this the vetting our Ocean County Democratic Committee did? Trade the family cow for three magic beans? Cooke, Keady and Wolff shouldn’t even be on the ballot.  At the end of the Primary, Keady will just switch back or just start a reality show after he loses. Keady is an Independent, not a true Democrat like Corruption fighter Frederick LaVergne,

All this stunt does is cause LaVergne, myself and Tracy Caprioni to spend more time campaigning and wasting time when we could be fund raising to take on Tom MacArthur in the General election in November 2016. I take nothing for granted. I’ve worked everyday of my life and for my life and family and my employees. If we’re going to defeat the Gilmore Machine, we need to work together. It appears the Ocean County Dems had something else in mind but it sure isn’t about beating the Freeholders and MacArthur in the election or they’d never have brought in another candidate that doesn’t meet the rules and policies of the Ocean County Dems to begin with. Vote for our team of LaVergne, Neuman and Caprioni in the Primary. Ocean County deserves better, don’t you think?

Stop the Pipeline to Manchester

Stop the Pipeline Bordentown/Chesterfield Rally.

Stop the Pipeline Bordentown/Chesterfield Rally.

I was at the Mercer Democratic Rules Committee meeting in Lawrenceville this week and then stopped at the Bordentown / Chesterfield Stop the Pipeline rally. This pipeline is actually a high compression line that will be used to move fuel from PA to the shores of NJ for off shore shipping. The line runs through Bordentown and than to Lakehurst and Manchester. I personally don’t want a pipeline that can destroy everything around it for miles if there is a problem and I don’t want a pipeline that can leak into my water supply. You’d think after CG and South Brunswick Asphalt, we’d have had enough of butane and other harmful chemicals in our water table but the pipeline companies have other thoughts on 459 the matter. Sadly, when I was talking to Assemblyman Dancer, he suggested working with Chris Smith and Tom MacArthur but Tom is all for the pipelines and keeps making crazy statements about thousands of full time jobs and how much we are paying over PA for gas which just isn’t true and Chris Smith has not stepped up to the plate, in fact, when discussing using pipelines as terrorist targets, Smith voted down a proposal to protect our pipelines.

22000 of you educated yourselves this year on this site.

Two things this morning, My server logs say 22000 of you stopped by my site this year to see if I’m an alternative to the mess in Congress. Those are real unique visitors and not Bots or search engines. I must be saying something that is striking a nerve in peoples heads and well it should be.

One reason to vote for me and there are hundreds but this should be first.  Chris Smith doesn’t live in NJ and shouldn’t be representing us in anything or anywhere if he won’t stand for what is right. Let him get a patronage job down in DC. He lives there. He might as well get paid by the people down there. But that might not be a good enough reason to vote for me or consider me a better candidate. If 22000 of you go vote or switch your votes from Chris Smith to Scott Neuman in November, 2016, You’ll have a real dedicated civil servant to work for you and represent our district. I can promise you that. I will not move my family down to Virginia and live there because it’s just easier for me, Debra and the kids. Manchester Township has been my home for 20 years. The Constitution doesn’t allow a Representative to live out of state. I will listen to your wishes and not Big Government who will seek to smear me and get you to think not following the Constitution is just fine. Feel free to read my interviews and blog and you’ll see the type of person that you’ll be hiring to represent your interests and voting for in November, 2016. Vote for Scott Neuman. Aren’t you tired yet? Go vote and make sure your neighbor vote. Share please.

Should you vote for Chris Smith, since he doesn’t live in NJ to be your Congressman?

Probably not but of course, you’d have to know that Chris Smith doesn’t have a home in NJ, and his family lives in Virginia for almost a decade. In fact, his daughter got in state rates for a Virginia college. Chris Smith is registered to vote in NJ. He either lives in NJ in which case he should never have gotten instate rates for College or he lives in Virginia, in which case he’s committing a felony by swearing he lives in NJ and also another Felony if he voted in NJ.

From 2008 in case you missed it:

Then there’s Rep. Christopher H. Smith (R-NJ-4). He is registered to vote in Hamilton Township (NJ) where he rents a townhouse, and he has been a registered voter in the county since 1982.

But Smith, like many Congressmen (and like Wexler), owns a home in Virginia; Smith moved his family with him to the D.C.-area after he was elected to Congress in 1980. But he is reportedly “the only New Jersey congressman who does not own a home in the Garden State, and his daughter attends a university in the Virginia state school system where she is charged in-state tuition.” Will his constituents care? I doubt it.

On Tuesday, Smith is facing Democrat Joshua Zeitz, who charges that Smith is either defrauding the state of Virginia or the citizens of New Jersey. Of course, Zeitz — a self-proclaimed New Yorker — returned to the States from Britain in 2007; rented an apartment in New Jersey; and began running for Congress. He says he’ll decide whether or not to stay in New Jersey after the election.

I’m Scott Neuman and I plan to run for the peoples 4th CD Seat in 2016. Vote for a guy with deep community ties, has his family in the district and state and pays some of the highest taxes you’ve ever seen. Just like you.

Yes, Yes I am in 2016

I’m planning, exploring, thinking, will run for the 4th CD Congressional Seat in NJ in 2016. Chris Smith doesn’t live in NJ, don’t pay NJ real estate Tax and seems to hate women all of a sudden, since he keeps working on bills that completely remove the ability of women to make their own decisions in life. The bills don’t pass but why write them at all. It’s like paying someone to do a job he knows he can’t win at but is willing to make you believe he’s the man to do the job. With his failure rate, who needs him as your Representative anymore. Time for a guy that isn’t part of the problem and is the solution to pay for play bullshit. I will focus on lower taxes, 2nd amendment rights and bring jobs to NJ. We’ve got one of the highest unemployment rates in his District.  Time for someone else to take the wheel. Scott Neuman for Congress in 2016.

And the Sell Out of NJ continues for the GOP

From the editors of NJ Spotlight. It’s hard to disagree with this one and why Chris Smith isn’t screaming about this is also beyond me.

Despite what the administration claims, ExxonMobil isn’t a settlement — it’s a travesty

The public is outraged by the dirty deal between Exxon and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection that was rubber-stamped by Judge Hogan. Even more outrageous is now the Christie administration is trying to spin the biggest environmental sellout in state history as a “fair” deal! What makes this even worse is that almost no money from this settlement will go toward environmental purposes. The state, after working on this settlement for years, has given away billions of dollars from the people of New Jersey. Out of the $225 million settlement: $50 million will go toward legal fees and $175 million will go to the general fund. That means no money is left for restoration or the environment. This settlement is a shameful manipulation of the judicial system.

By settling for $225 million, the NJ DEP and ExxonMobil have agreed to avoid cleaning up years of Exxon’s pollution at three refineries, over 800 gas stations, and 15 additional sites across the state. The money was for natural-resource damages estimated at $8.9 billion alone at the two refineries. It was supposed to account for the cost of restoring more than 1,500 acres of wetlands that were contaminated by oil spills. The state was winning this case all along and it makes no sense to settle. Not only is the settlement a complete giveaway to the environment, but it hurts the taxpayers.

I want this reversed. You should also.

Politics in NJ. Baroni, Kelly, Guadagno, Christie, Wildstein, They eat their young.

Can they get out of it?

Can they get out of it?

You have to love Bridget Kelly, Bill Baroni and David Wildstein. They are all saying they’d never lie. I can’t wait for Bill Baroni to blame David Wildstein for the “Traffic Study”. Guadagno and Christie say the same thing. With Christie, he shaves the edge of lying by picking his words VERY carefully (and over many times like you won’t notice). With Guadagno, she dodged a bullet with Hoboken and Mayor Zimmerman because it became a question of who said what but when Guadagno says she never never never lies (just like Bill Baroni did today in a Bridgegate Interview), she in fact, lies year after year after year with the NJ state election certification documents we use to construct ballots in NJ so we can have fair and honest elections. When we had Sandy, she also broke 3 election laws but no charges were brought. Until Guadagno followes judges orders, we will never have fair elections per NJ State Statue. The Democratic-Republican Party of NJ will be in Court finally on May 20th, 2015 to hear Guadagno explain what she doesn’t  like about honest counting when adding up simple math to figure if the Dems and the GOP are major parties per NJ state statute. They are not major parties per NJ state law but Guadagno claims it’s ok to take one voter and count their vote as many times as they voted on a line. Her excuse is, if you voted for President, Congressman, Senator, Assemblyman, and Dog Catcher, that’s five votes. My 9 year old read that one and laughed at her. If my 9 year old gets it, how come she doesn’t? Can you imagine an honest judge going along with this thought? Judge Mary Jacobson found against the entire corrupt lot of them in 2013. They doubled down and did the same thing in 2014 and got an assignment judge to push this into 2015 so a decision couldn’t change the 2014 election ballots. I hate to use the word $#%$## but it really needs to be use. Next they’ll tell us there is a Traffic Study… I forgot, they used that one already. Maybe they’ll double down on that one also.

2014 NJ Elections completely pooched by Christie and Guadagno. Case filed.

DR2015BallotAppealBriefFinal is the link for the PDF of the 2015 DR Party’s case against the Lt. Governor of NJ and other parties on Appeal, in a case that states without exception, that the Lt. Governor of NJ Kim Guadagno lied on NJ election forms as to the count of registered voters in the NJ primaries in 2014 that voted for assemblymen and women and by doing so, violated New Jersey law, section 19:5-1. That law says, “No political party which fails to poll at any primary election for a general election at least 10% of the votes cast in the State for members of the General Assembly at the next preceding general election, held for the election of all of the members of the General Assembly, shall be entitled to have a party column on the official ballot at the general election for which the primary election has been held.”

The state has already calculated that only 240,749 voters voted in the Democratic June 2014 primary, and only 175,316 voted in the Republican primary and both missed the 10% that is required to be a major party in NJ which was 372,197.

The election officials are ordered to explain why the court should not find that “in calculating the 10% threshold in N.J.S.A. 19:5-1 the election official defendants may only count each voter who appeared and participated at the June 3, 2014 Regular Primary Elections and Special Primary Elections ‘once’ or as ’1? toward the numeric threshold of 372,197.”

The Defendants are also ordered to explain why the court shouldn’t declare “that with the correct application of the 10% conditional caveat threshold in N.J.S.A. 19:5-1, that neither defendant Republican Party nor defendant Democratic Party is entitled to preferential ballot placement or a ‘separate party column.’ and that at this point, the only solution is to toss out the entire results of the 2014 Nov 3rd Elections and redo the election per the laws of NJ.  Lt. Governor Kim Gaudagno and Governor Christie has a lot of explaining to do on why they allowed this to happen a second time when in 2013, Superior Court Judge Mary Jacobson, (The same judge that ordered Christie to fund the NJ Pension plan in full per the laws of NJ) ruled that they had broken NJSA 19:5-1 in the 2013 NJ Special Election and ordered them to pay attorney fees. I don’t think attorney fees are going to cut it this time.

Did Judge give Congressman Tom MacArthur a pass on Voter Fraud accusation?

From Frederick LaVergne,

So, when a Democrat Judge does it, he’s removed from the bench by being given PTI instead of 3-5 behind bars. When Congressional Democratic Candidate Roy Cho fails to promptly transfer his registration, he’s charged and BERATED in the media to protect the establishment candidate. When Tom MacArthur, who lies when the truth will do, is named in a complaint for something he actually DID, (and did so intentionally, not once, not even twice, but, now, THREE TIMES), the R-appointed Judge? gives him a “pass”….this is far from over. The law is for everyone – even the 1% Now the issues, the letter back to Mr. LaVergne isn’t signed by a Judge and it’s addressed to someone named McNeary?? rather than Mr. LaVergne. Who is Mr. McNeary and what does have to do with Tom MacArthur? Did the Judge really sign off on this dismissal? We’d like to know and so the can, like the GWB Lane closings,  gets kicked up the road. It’s not over.

PDF of Court Reply. Why didn’t the Judge sign this? Tom MacArthur Gets a Pass by Judge

Congressman-Elect Tom MacArthur accused of Voter Fraud in Court filing

Democratic-Republican Candidate Frederick LaVergne has accused Tom MacArthur of two counts of Voter Fraud and maybe three if the Ocean County Prosecutor agrees with Federick LaVergnes filings. LaVergnes filings show that Mr. MacArthur listed his primary address as a condo in Toms River, NJ in January, 2014 and than voted from that address in the NJ Primary. My assumption and is mine only is that Mr. MacArthur thought that by running for Congress in the 3rd CD NJ, Mr. MacArthur also had to live in the district, so he bought a condo as an investment (and such a deal if you knew the price he paid) and than voted from that address. In fact, you don’t need to live in the Congressional district at all. The problem is, that everyone knows that Mr. MacArthur has a mansion in Randolph and a second mansion in LBI. Neither are in the 3rd CD and either would normally be considered his primary home.

There can be no arguing that Mr. MacArthur marked his home and primary address as Toms River on election forms and there can be no arguing he voted in Toms River in the Primary according to the court filings. It is believed he voted in the November 4th, 2014 election while in Toms River also. Judge Spencer Robbins of Chatham recently that did the same thing and had to resign his judgeship last year to avoid jail time. A Connecticut state representative was arrested in 2014 for the exact same thing and is facing fines and jail time.  Will Mr. MacArthur have to do the same thing?  Voter Fraud is a real problem for all of us. People normally get fined and jailed for it. Here is a list of recent voter fraud cases.

Did Congressman Tom MacArthur commit Voter Fraud

Did Congressman Tom MacArthur commit Voter Fraud?

As a side note, All the major papers, the Asbury Park Press editors and the WOBM editors decided to not run this story before the election in fairness to now Congressman MacArthur.  The common reason was they didn’t have time to contact the Ocean County Prosecutor. What is their excuse now? There is an accusation of Felony Voter Fraud against Congressman MacArthur with a lot of proof to support it. I’d like to see him cleared and not have this hang over his head if it’s not true. As a second side note, the papers had no issue running a story that Aimee Belgard committed Ballot Fraud. Seemed a little one sided from my point of view.

Federal Election Fraud in NJ Continues and Chris Christie and Kim Guadagno are just fine with it.

Sure, let them rob you of every penny you have.

Sure, let them rob you of every penny you have.

I will not sit down, I will not shut up. See the Lawsuit asking for fair and lawful elections per NJ statute. Democractic-Republican Organization of NJ vs Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno. :DRParty Vs Guadagno 2014 Party Certification Fraud Filing For two years, we’ve had illegally structured ballots used for elections in NJ. They just don’t meet NJ statute. Our Governor and Lt. Governor know this and have made sure it will continue because they are the ones running and creating the illegal elections. Our only recourse is in the courts of NJ. That seems to be a little harder than you’d think to get heard. That’s because the courts won’t give us a court date. At all. We did have a Judge give us a written postponement we didn’t ask for or want which made no sense other than to drag a rush case out more. We liked that trick by the courts but this writer was stunned it was allowed. I was told I shouldn’t be and that in itself is illegal.

So when do the voters of NJ get an fairly designed election as per NJ law? It appears not again for another year. I and the other members of the Democratic-Republican Organization of NJ have filed suit against the Governor, the LT. Governor and the County Clerks and the law is as clear as glass as to how our NJ elections are to be structured. The only reason the Governor and the Lt. Governor keep certifying the Democratic and Republican Parties of NJ as Major Parties is because no one will stand up for the Laws of NJ. It’s basically close to if you speed and a police officer doesn’t see you, than there is no penalty. And if you do get caught, the fines are small enough that it’s just the cost of doing business in NJ. Really it’s Official Misconduct be the Christie Administration was sued for this in 2013 and they lost and lost hard. Fair and honest elections are a thing of the past in NJ. You keep voting for the Dems and the GOP candidates and nothing will change for the lower and middle class or anyone other than 1%’ers and when you try and level the playing field, our elected officials just again ignore the law, and tell you to sit down and shut up.  Bet on it. It’s the cost of doing business if you aren’t a multimillionaire. Prove me wrong.

So again, I’m showing you what is party certification fraud and ballot fraud on a state level by our Governor and Lt. Governor in 2014 and when you consider the entire foundation of our NJ Federal elections are now corrupted, what will be the fix? The laws require that all candidates get access to the far left side of the ballot if neither party gets 10% of their registered voters to the primaries to vote for state Representatives. In 2013 and 2014, they did not! You could just follow the law and give all candidates on the ballot a fair shot of being on the fair left side of the ballot.  Since our Governor won’t let that happen, you have law suits designed to force him to do his job. Is it fair? Of course not.  What is unfair is that our Governor, his staff, the Lt. Governor, Director of Election Giles and all the County Clerks knowingly broke election laws in a Federal election and were just fine with it and everyone is supposed to sit down and shut up. This will be the third year in a row the courts have stood by while corruption in NJ runs free (20 really). We are still waiting for the courts to deal with the issue. The case had to be heard back in September for a reasonable change to the ballots could be made so our NJ elections would follow the laws of our state.   The courts then gave us a unrequested postponement. The only problem with that? We never requested a postponement. More shenanigans from the Christie Administration and his impartial court system.  Show me I’m wrong and I’ll be the first to apologize.

From the link above, The Defendants, the election officials are ordered to explain why the court should not find that “in calculating the 10% threshold in N.J.S.A. 19:5-1 the election official defendants may only count each voter who appeared and participated at the June 3, 2014 Regular Primary Elections and Special Primary Elections ‘once’ or as ’1? toward the numeric threshold of 372,197.” The Defendants are also ordered to explain why the court shouldn’t declare “that with the correct application of the 10% conditional caveat threshold in N.J.S.A. 19:5-1, that neither defendant Republican Party nor defendant Democratic Party is entitled to preferential ballot placement or a ‘separate party column.’”

New Jersey law, section 19:5-1, says, “No political party which fails to poll at any primary election for a general election at least 10% of the votes cast in the State for members of the General Assembly at the next preceding general election, held for the election of all of the members of the General Assembly, shall be entitled to have a party column on the official ballot at the general election for which the primary election has been held.” The state has already calculated that only 240,749 voters voted in the Democratic June 2014 primary, and only 175,316 voted in the Republican primary and missed the 10% that is required to be a major party in NJ.

Now read what Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno certified. Notice she doesn’t give exact numbers. It doesn’t matter though because neither party did what she certified, what she swore an oath to. They didn’t make the 10% threshold. So here we are, fighting corruption in NJ so we all can have fair and impartial elections in NJ. You are entitled to as many nominated candidates as there can be. The law above is just favoritism that was agreed to between what are now two minority parties racing to bleed NJ dry before they lose their standing to represent you.

This is a copy of the NJ Certificate of Political Parties for NJ. Signed by Lt. Governor Guadagno. It is also completely false.

This is a copy of the NJ Certificate of Political Parties for NJ. Signed by Lt. Governor Guadagno. It is also completely false and should be considered Misconduct.

Thanks for your votes. See you in 2015. Scott Neuman

Scott Neuman - DRParty.orgThank you for your votes. I ran for the office of Congress to offer an alternative to what was an outcry from the voters as the Dems and the GOP dumped millions into an election that only pays $175K a year and offered nothing but a 9% approval rating. The other candidates couldn’t run negative ads against me because I offer nothing negative to run against. I’m not part of their corruption. Pay for play is alive and well in NJ and our country and I wanted to be a shim between that process. I was unsuccessful this time around but I want to thank that pockets of support I got. I had a chance to look over the election results polling station by polling station and there were large pockets in the towns that voted for the type of Representation the Constitution and the Bill of Rights requires of our Representatives.

Thank you for the trust of your vote. All I can hope for not much damage will be done to you and I in the coming year as the DEMS and the GOP chop up the country into little pieces and eat us alive in taxes and scamming deals that aren’t what you and I would want. If you think they hate each other, they don’t. They are real partners in every sense of the word. They just aren’t our partners. If you don’t think our representatives aren’t corrupt, you aren’t looking hard enough.

I’m not done running yet. I’m going to get my feet wet in the process, and show you don’t have to be corrupted by the process and that you can follow the laws that protect you and I and still have fair representation.

In 3rd CD NJ, Tom MacArthur charged with Voter Fraud 10/31/14

State of New Jersey vs Tom MacArthur

Voter Fraud Probable Cause Affidavit against Tom MacArthur

How cut and dry is this one? 100%. Voter records show Toms wife and family living in Randolph. HIs children still go to school there. He also has a 2nd residence in Long Beach Island, his summer home. He also bought a 3rd property with other investors in Toms River. A 2 bedroom apartment at a great price. A great investment. For some reason, in January 2014, Mr. MacArthur swore he moved to Toms River, like living there more than anywhere else. As far as we know, Mr. MacArthur hasn’t gotten divorced and I’m told by people that work in Long Beach Island that Tom is at the summer home a lot and living there and having a lot of work done on the home.  Much like Congressman Chris Smith, who lives in Virginia but claims his small apartment in Robbinsville is his primary home for voting purposes (We are come, Congressman Smith), Tom MacArthur most certainly does not live full time in Toms River.  Click the links or see the complaint below.

We can either stand for what is right or settle for what is left. I vote for standing for what is right. You can see what is being left. NOTHING for you, your kids, your family. Your service fee or taxes to live in the state are going up and up. Both parties want to say it’s just cost of living in NJ. That’s a lie also. It’s the cost of letting them run the state and cut you to death via Bond Issues and back room deals or they can’t stay in office to pay off all the people that keep them in office. It’s an ugly circle and you really can end it. Come join me on Election Day, November 4th and vote for the best candidate in Congressional District 3 which would be Frederick LaVergne and in CD 4 and Vote for myself Scott Neuman or you really can continue to vote for a easy to see two party corrupt system. Other Democratic-Republican Candidates can be found running in NJ at

Scott Neuman’s Video Blogs – Vote for me in November – Parts 1 and 2.

Why discussions within the car? My car is the only place that is quiet. I’m married with two children and a Sicilian wife. That should say it all right there. Running for office is stressful. Not for me, I’m fine with running, I enjoy it and I enjoy trying to help people out that need help and hope you guys vote for me. The stress is on my family but they understand what I’m trying to make things better for everyone.  Below are my two last videos. They are short and I’ll be putting more up shortly.
Video 1 – Time to allow Chris Smith to rest and come home back to NJ

Video 2 – Bond Issues or how you are being hosed by both parties and why you should vote for me.

Frederick LaVergne’s Congressional Debate 10/17/14 3rd CD NJ / MacArthur / Belgard

"Both the other candidates are Douchbags" "Ed Forchion"

Fred comes to town, kicks butt and shows the other candidates to the door.

I had the pleasure of sitting in the front row of last nights debate at Ocean County College. It’s amazing to read the feedback by supporters of  Tom MacArthur and Aimee Belgard blasting Frederick John LaVergne’s questions and performance at the WOBM Candidates debate. Fred’s questions were blunt, to the point and showed how he could save NJ residents up to 10% on all bond issues in NJ, why he stood for the Equal Rights Amendment, Why he feels a Gas pipeline right through the Pine Barrens is a horrible idea and why there is a better solution that will create jobs and lastly, how the Social Security tax should be equalized so that it solvent and honestly paid for by those that should be paying their fair share but aren’t. Something the other candidates never touched on or could refute because neither party wants you to have such things. When some bond issues are $1.5 Billion dollars, we’re not talking chump change for the average family. Fred is all over Lacey Township’s B of E for paying 20 times the going rate for solar panels on a $19M Bond issue. Where did the money go? Fred and others want to know.

Frederick LaVergne for Congress Debates OCC 2014It’s important to point out that when Fred asked either Aimee or Tom a question, neither of them would give him a straight answer or were afraid to ask Fred any question directly since neither prepped for the Debate with Fred. When Fred asked Aimee why she missed a scheduled debate at a local VFW earlier that was important to the Veterans of Willingboro, she went off on a tangent about her father which had nothing to do with her no show at the debate. Then claimed she never agreed to the debate that her staff scheduled for her. Then claimed she had a prior appointment but refused to say what or where it was. No one could figure out what that had to do with a debate at the VFW.

You have to understand that debates aren’t supposed to work against the Dems and the GOP candidates but inserting Fred LaVergne in the middle caused both of the candidates to have to go off book in their replies. Both the Dems and the GOP know what questions were going to be asked of each other. The questions never change and that’s by agreement of both parties handlers. You could see the memorized statements and just how stupid they sound. Fred is off the cuff and what you see is JUST what you get. A guy that does what he says and says what he’ll do. As a long time resident of the shore, Fred is the only local for both the shore area and Burlington county. Tom is from North Jersey and just moved down to Ocean County just so he could run for Congress (with a $3M dollar donation out of his own pocket to buy the election? for the GOP IMO for a job that only pays $175K a year) and Aimee is from Burlington all her life.

Go watch the WOBM tape of the debate. At one point. Tom was asked a question about a donation he stated he made to Veterans. Fred asked for proof because Fred couldn’t find any proof it was done and Fred and Vets needs go hand in hand as Fred explained in the debate. Rather than simply say that he’ll gladly offer a piece of paper from his 501(c)3 charity that shows the donation that would need to have been expensed from his personal charity(Tom is the registered controller of the foundation according to websites), showing proof, Tom went for the injured party method of denying what may be a fact. No 1600 WheelChairs donated from his IGH Foundation to Veterans. It’s the same thing Chris Christie does when someone asks him a pointed question. Offer no proof and claim the other party is a malcontent and a liar(and we all know how well that is working for Chris these days). Fred said he’ll apology for the question if it’s not true but he did want proof of a donation that would cost over $300,000 dollars. Knowing Fred, both of us are all over charity and we appreciate it anytime someone pulls something out of their pocket for someone else in need. A simple honest response that could take a minute would work. Fred never got it that I know of.

Scott Neuman and Eugene Lavergne - DR Candidates in 2014More amazing is to watch WOBM edit out the question which was one of two questions Fred was allowed to ask before he’ll be cut off by the moderator who continued to short him on his time to respond. It’s very very simple to show proof of a donation. Claiming that you and your wife are offended by the question just doesn’t work anymore and most people were surprised by the reaction of what is a fair and open question when the candidate says he did something but offers no proof that it was done.

WOBM needs to fix the debate footage. There is an hour and 15 minutes of dead air in the front of the debate.

Gary Frazier, Allen Cannon and Scott Neuman - DR Candidates in 2014I was in Beachwood today and ran into a wedding party at the Beachwood Center. I talked to a lot of people at the party and all of them said they watched the Debate. Honestly, I was amazed. That’s a huge number when you think most people don’t care about debates and more so for a Congressional debate without a presidential candidate. All of them also remembered Frederick John LaVergne for Congress and said they’d consider voting for him. One guy asked me if they were wasting their vote on Fred. I said, you should always vote for the guy you want to win. That way they’ll win. If you don’t vote for them, all you’ve done is allow someone else to win that you didn’t want to win. Frederick John LaVergne is the best candidate and the best Congressional representative for Ocean County with his brother Eugene Martin LaVergne for Senate and Tracy M. Caprioni, who both were at the debate for the Jersey Shore and NJ.

Lastly, FEMA and Sandy never came up from either the Dems or the GOP. Fred is the guy that will be in front of FEMA’s face requiring them to do their jobs and protect the families that were harmed by Hurricane Sandy and Saturday, was in Toms River for the local StopFemaNow Meeting. If you truly feel that the GOP and their Representatives in Districts 3 and 4, John Runyon and Chris Smith have helped the 200,000 people harmed by Sandy in the last TWO YEARS, than you should stick with them but from my view point, neither can say they have your back.
Scott Neuman
Congressional Candidate for the 4th CD NJ – Your next local shore resident for the US House of Representatives.
All of the above is my opinion but i stand with Frederick LaVergne on all of the above issues and I recommend you vote for myself and Frederick LaVergne so we can work hand in hand in Congress come the new term. Feel free to tell me how you really feel and if I’m right or wrong with the above comments.

Vote for the Dems or the GOP candidates and you’ll pay 10% more in taxes.

Vote for the Dems or the GOP Candidates on November 4th and you’ll pay 10% more in taxes. If that is what you want, than vote away. If you really want to save on Taxes, look for the D-R Party Candidates.

Why do I say that? Because NJ needs Bond reform. Both parties get a nice chunk of change from Bond Issues. Up to 10% is just a kickback to various vendors and than goes back to associations that directly impact the candidates. It’s called Pay for Play and when you complain about it, you’re told nothing to see here, folks. In fact, It’s a law in NJ created by both parties to enrich themselves and their pay for play backers . Imagine being an attorney and being hired to write a $1.5B dollar bond issue for say, the Pulaski Skyway. Up to 10% of that Bond issues are parted out to various entities.  That 10% should really be billed on an hourly rate. Imagine if a law firm got 10% for creating the legalese for the Pulaski Skyway Bond Issue? Imagine it took 20 hours to put together? 20 hours x $600.00 dollars is $12000 dollars. 10% is $150,000,000 dollars. Which looks like a better deal to the taxpayer. Of course, the 10% deal???. No, of course not. Frederick LaVergne, my partner candidate in the 3rd CD NJ, shows why we’re getting ripped of and how to repair the damage. Chris Smith is the problem. Myself and the other Democratic-Republican Party members are tired of all of us getting ripped off by these guys. It really is time for a change.  Vote for myself and the DR Party Candidate members and please share this with your friends. It’s your money and you get to hire the guys to handle your representation in November.

Ten more years of war????

In case you missed, the administration just signed up for another 10 years of war in the middle east. Why are our Representatives are being given a chance not to vote is beyond me but here is an example where 435 Representatives should be standing at once and standing up to our President. I won’t stand for it.  Congress is the only government entity to vote for a war. The President and the administration do NOT HAVE the Constitutional authority to sign off on a war declaration. If you want a Representative that follows your wishes, vote for me in 2014.

Should all the Generals Quit? According to GOP Congressmen, sure. Chris???

Rep Doug Lamborn, a GOP congressman is standing up and asking Generals to resign if they don’t agree with their commander and chief on a war with ISIS. “If you disagree with the policy that the White House has given you, Let’s have a resignation”. As a member of the House Armed Services Committee, that’s a pretty strong statement. In active combat, what would happen if a soldier told their commanding officer they were leaving the field of battle because they just didn’t like him? Chris Smith, you work with this guy? You agree with that statement.

Let’s change things around. What is right never changes, who is wrong for NJ can be changed. Vote for Scott Neuman for Congress in NJ’s 4th. I will stand for what is right for our district. I will listen. I will stand for the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Boom, Lt. Governor Guadagno and 21 County Clerks of NJ decide to fall on their swords, break election laws for 2014 General election.

And reports are coming in that the County Clerks of NJ, on learning that neither the Democratic or Republican Parties were certified as Majority parties last week, because the voting totals in the primaries were under 10% for either party, than went ahead and pulled the Democratic or Republican Party for the 1st and 2nd columns in all counties and more amazing, the majority of the 21 counties that were Democratic again pulled the Democratic party candidates to be on line 1 and the GOP counties again pulled the GOP party Candidates to be on Line 1. The vast majority of the counties placed the independent candidates from the Democratic-Republican Party of NJ on lines 3 or past. The Libertarian Party Candidates were also placed on line 3 or higher.

Again, we’ve shown that the Christie Administration, the Department of Elections and the County  Clerks have no issues breaking Federal and State election laws in a bid to control the voters of NJ

You can make a change in November. Vote for Scott Neuman and the other candidates of the D-R Party.

Will County Clerks on Monday Break State Election Laws?

There is an election law that NJ County Clerks know all too well. That if the Democratic and Republican Party can’t get at least 10% of their registered voters to the polls in the Primary, they can not be listed as a primary party and get the far left hand side or the top part of the ballots Line 1 and Line 2  automatically. Since there are a number of different parties running in the General election in November, 2014, for the first time in a long time, Any of the candidates have the legal right to be in the first column. Now comes the tricky part. All 21 County Clerks were named and sued in a case in 2013 that that Democratic-Republican Party candidate Eugene Martin LaVergne of Long Branch, NJ brought with 5 other independent candidates. That suit requested that in the Special Election for Senate, that because Steve Lonegans GOP party didn’t get 10% of their registered voters to the polls in 2013, that Steve was not automatically be entitled to the 2nd column and could most certainly not be in the 1st column by law!
All 21 County Clerks know this law. It is their job to know this law.  In 2013, the County Clerks all were charged with breaking election laws and were found guilty when Superior Court Judge Mary Jacobson found for the plaintiffs and found against all the defendants in the case. The Defendents included Governor Chris Christie, Lt. Govenor Kim Guadagno, The Board of Elections and 21 County Clerks. All lost this case and were ordered to pay expenses. Sadly, the Judge didn’t take the additional step of filing ethics charges against any of the elected officials and political appointees. That case has been forwarded to the Attorney General of the United States and the US Senate for possibly criminal prosecution. All of the above could have appealed the case that they lost but it’s tough to appeal when you are caught dead to rights breaking election laws, and the judge ordered them to pay expenses and pray and hope this issue never comes up and goes away and that you don’t go to jail over it or wind up in the Pine Barrens for talking to the Feds as a witness. (Special note, our condolences and prayers to the family of Retired Morris County Clerk Joan Bramhall)

Why would County Clerks even think that or imagine that its ok to break elections laws to create a ballot that puts the Democratic and Republican Party on the 1st and 2nd lines of the Ballot when they are not allowed to have it?  Because for the 3rd year in a row, Lt.

Not smarter than a 5th grader

Not smarter than a 5th grader

Governor Kim Guadagno signed off that the parties crossed the 10% threshold when she had to know they didn’t. A simple count of the voting records shows no one reached 9%, much less 10%. There can be no misunderstanding here. 5+3 doesn’t equal 10% except in the mind of Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno. Who ordered Lt.  Governor Guadagno to sign that election result that she had to know was wrong? We’ll leave that the to Attorney General investigating our Governor for the Port Authority Bond issues.  The Democratic-Republican Party of NJ candidates are standing up for the laws of our country and state and we expect our elected officials and political appointees to do the same.

What is right will never change. Who is wrong can be changed.

Scott Neuman – Congressional Candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives 4th CD NJ

Lt. Gov of NJ falsely swears to Election Results – Total Scammer and should be removed from office.

Today, Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno filed false papers swearing to election results in the 2014 NJ Primary, giving the Democratic Party and the Republican Party of NJ, majority status for ballot position when in fact, neither party came close to being a majority party per NJ state laws. Why did she do this? Because it’s a Soprano state and Guadagno feels she can get away with it. Did she ask Chris Christie before she swore a false oath punishable by State and Federal law? This is election fraud at it’s worst.

Chris Smith promised to Balance the Budget and Pay down the Debt. What a joke.

Cult Member and Represntative Chris Smith and his party PROMISED to work to balance the budget and pay down the debt. You know, the Debt you and I have to pay now? What a joke. Just another politician that says one thing and does another. Almost like a member of a cult. While Chris passes feel good bills that have little to do with you or I or 99.9% of anyone in his district and waste time working on Bills he knows he’ll never never never get passed (and only has a 5% success rate when he does), this time Bills are flying out of the House that he voted for that spends spends spends and isn’t accounted for how it gets paid for. Balance the Budget? Chris can’t balance a block of wood on the ground.  If you’re tired of the same old, same old, Vote for Scott Neuman and the rest of the Candidates in November. What is right will never change, Who is Wrong can be Changed!
